Good News - Lessons will commence from 13th July 2020 *

Understandably it has been frustrating putting learning to drive on hold for some time and seems a long time since you may have been behind the wheel or even starting your lessons. Please remember every roadblock has been put in place to keep you, your family and others around you safe. If you think of it as just a short time off compared to a lifetime you will have behind the wheel once you start again and eventually have the independence to drive on your own.

You may feel a little anxious about sitting in a confined space where social distancing is impossible. However, I have introduced new procedures which should hopefully make you and I confident and comfortable during our lessons. Nobody wants to experience COVID-19, so it is in everyone’s interest to ensure we keep ourselves safe.

I will be sending my COVID-19 Terms and Conditions to all my current students soon. In the meantime please have your face covering / mask and sanitiser ready for your lessons.

Wendy's Great North Charity Run

I will be running in the Great North Run in September 2017, the World's biggest half marathon. The event will take participants on a 13.1 mile journey from the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne to the coast in South Shields.

I am raising funds for the Alzheimer's Society. If you would like to help me to raise money for this fantastic charity to continue in their research, medication, support and care that would be brilliant.

Theory test questions no longer published

From 1 January 2012 in order to help new drivers learn the principles behind driving theory rather than just memorising the answers the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) will stop publishing the multiple choice questions and answers used in the theory test. The theory tests will use questions which will not be published. To read more ....
